IELTS Sessions

The IELTS speaking section contains three parts and takes a total of 11 – 15 minutes to complete.  Part one takes 4 – 5 minutes, part two takes 3 – 4 minutes, and part three takes 4 – 5 minutes.  The session cards are the cards that the examiner will hand you in part two.  On the cards are the topic and points that you must talk about.  If you are working with a tutor now, the tutor will ask you to download this card when you get to part two.  There are a few sample sessions so that you can listen to how a native speaker would answer the questions, and feedback samples for how a student and tutor session will go that includes tutor feedback.  You can listen online or download the MP3s to your computer.  You may also view or download the PDF files.  Acrobat Reader is required for PDF viewing.
